Taking your kid to the Ballgame...

What is a good age to take your child to a baseball game?

Well, we took our son when he was younger to a baseball game and he
really did not care for it at all. Now that he has already turned 8, dad thought it was a good idea to have a father and son baseball game day..


So they went on a Saturday June 26 and they were were giving out Marlins Rally Fist to the 1st 15,000 fans.



They had great seats and he seemed very excited to go to the game with dad..



All he wanted was to make sure that he dad got him a foam finger and some food at the game. LOL


They had a pretty good time but dad did say that he may enjoy a full game in about 2 more years.. I wonder if he got bored after the 5th inning, 9 innings may be a lot for an 8 year old...

We ordered Cupcakes for school!!!

Melody's 5th birthday is fast approaching and since we are going to have her birthday party at school this year, I do not want to deal with the hassle of cutting a cake for 24 four/five year olds. I instead went to Sam's club and ordered a box of cupcakes today and let me tell you they are adorable..


They will put little princess rings on each cupcake that the kids can take home.

I also think that the price for 30 cupcakes was a great deal, less than $13 dollars.

I don't think I or any parent can go wrong with these and she is totally thrilled about them ;)
